Rumors: Next Xbox not to include an optical drive?

What do you guys think of this little rumor? Will we be downloading all our games directly into the hard drive or playing through a streaming cloud service? Would you even buy a gaming console that isn't disc based? I'm not too sure I would...

"What's in a name? Nintendo considering Wii U rebrand, sources claim" Via +Computer And Video Games

I'm really hoping this is true! This was the first thing I said last year when the name of their next generation home console "Nintendo Wii U" was officially announced! It seems Nintendo has finally wised up and is considering changing the name of their new console. Definitely a smart move , in my opinion, and will help avoid a similar confusing situation that occurred between the Nintendo DS and the Nintendo 3DS. What would you name it? Super Wii? :)
